The equipments used in the configuration of the tunnel slag crushing production line

In the process of tunnel and roadbed excavation, these road projects inevitably produce a large amount of slag and gravel. The excavated stone waste) cannot be reasonably utilized, and special spoil fields are often required to be disposed of. Abandoned cave slag and gravel not only occupy land resources, but also affect the environment.

Processing tunnel slag into sand and gravel aggregate is a relatively reasonable and economical way of utilization at present. Today, I will introduce the design and configuration of the tunnel slag crushing production line.

According to different processing conditions, the tunnel slag crushing production line can adopt 2-4 crushing processes.

Two-stage crushing: jaw crusher + impact crusher, or jaw crusher + cone crusher. The second stage crushing can produce 5-10mm, 10-15mm, 15-20mm, 20-31.5mm construction gravel.

Three-stage crushing: jaw crusher + impact crusher + sand making machine, or jaw crusher + cone crusher + sand making machine, with more sand making links, different specifications of crushed stone can be discharged, and it can also be produced 0-5mm mechnism sand.

It can be seen from the configuration that the difference between the second-stage crushing and the third-stage crushing lies in the second-stage crushing. If the raw material of the hole slag is medium and low hardness, the second-stage crushing can be used for impact crusher; if the raw material is medium-high hardness, the second-stage crushing uses the cone crusher.

Four-stage crushing: jaw crusher + single-cylinder cone crusher + multi-cylinder cone crusher + sand making machine, or other combinations.

The above is the common configuration scheme of the tunnel slag crushing production line. The whole production line also needs to be connected with supporting equipment such as feeder, vibrating screen, belt conveyor, etc., and the equipment can be increased or decreased according to the actual situation.
