Equipment configuration of 600tph stone crushing production line

After the stones are crushed and processed by mining crushing equipment, the finished aggregate is widely used in infrastructure such as buildings, bridges and roads. Different stone materials have different hardness, humidity, etc., the requirements of the discharging particle size are different, and the production schemes that can be configured will also be different. Here are two more commonly used production line schemes.

Hard raw matertials (such as granite, river pebble, basalt, etc.)

Equipment configuration: vibrating feeder, jaw crusher, cone crusher, vibrating screen

Low hardness in raw materials (such as limestone, calcite, etc.)

Equipment configuration: vibrating feeder, jaw crusher, impact crusher, vibrating screen

Case of river gravel crushing production line

Processing material: river gravel

Capacity: 600T/H

Feeding size: <500mm

Discharge size: 0-5mm, 5-10mm, 10-28mm

Equipment configuration: vibrating feeder, PE750×1060 jaw crusher, HPT300 cone crusher, vibrating screen
