The project generated a large amount of hard, high-quality gneiss waste during tunnel excavation. To implement green construction principles, the construction team introduced a mobile crushing and screening production line with a capacity of 200 tons per hour.
The production line integrates core equipment such as jaw crushers, cone crushers, vertical shaft impact crushers, and high-efficiency vibrating screens. Through a “layered crushing” process, it effectively addresses the challenge of crushing high-hardness rock, ensuring that the finished aggregate fully meets the stringent standards for high-speed rail construction in terms of particle shape and gradation.
Since its commissioning, the production line has processed over one million tons of tunnel waste, stably producing various specifications of high-quality sand and gravel aggregate. This has not only significantly reduced the costs of raw material procurement and waste transportation but also significantly alleviated the pressure on the ecological environment.
