Recently, a highly anticipated sand and gravel aggregate project was officially put into production. The project mainly uses gneiss as raw material, with a designed annual output of up to 30 million tons, fully demonstrating the company’s strength in resource utilization and efficient production.
During the implementation of the project, the selection of core equipment has become a key link. In order to ensure product quality and production efficiency, the project party has put forward higher requirements for equipment standards. In the medium and fine crushing link, six HST hydraulic cone crushers and six HPT500 multi-cylinder cone crushers are used. These equipments provide a solid guarantee for the smooth operation of the production line with their high efficiency, stability and energy saving.
The entire production line uses scientific and reasonable process configuration to crush gneiss into high-quality aggregates of various specifications, including 0-4.75mm, 5-10mm, 10-16mm and 16-26.5mm, etc., which are widely used in construction, roads, bridges and other fields, meeting the market’s diversified demand for high-quality aggregates.
