Transforming construction waste into recycled aggregate with excellent particle shape, optimal gradation, and high cleanliness is key to following a closed-loop process of multi-stage crushing, progressive shaping, and enhanced sorting.
The process begins with a pre-treatment system: a dedicated jaw crusher performs coarse crushing and removes large pieces of rebar and other metal impurities, followed by air separation to remove light materials. Pre-screening separates some qualified fine materials in advance, reducing the subsequent load.
The core crushing and shaping system proceeds in two steps: first, an impact crusher or cone crusher performs intermediate crushing to initially improve the particle shape; then, a vertical shaft impact crusher (using a “stone-on-stone” mode) performs fine crushing and core shaping, using intense collisions between materials to polish the particles into an excellent shape and strip away surface-adhering mortar.
The final product grading and closed-loop system uses multi-layer vibrating screens to precisely screen out finished products of different specifications, while oversized materials are returned to the intermediate crushing stage for reprocessing, forming a closed loop. This dynamically balanced closed-loop design not only ensures stable product quality but also improves the overall efficiency and adaptability of the system.
The entire process chain is interconnected, ultimately achieving the precise and efficient transformation of construction waste into high-quality recycled aggregate.
