The material processed in this project is vanadium-titanium magnetite, which is a composite ore with high comprehensive utilization value. Crushing operation is the first process of the mineral processing process. After the vanadium-titanium magnetite is mined, it needs to be crushed into smaller particles by professional stone crushing equipment to facilitate the subsequent mineral processing and purification. Therefore, the crushing link of vanadium-titanium magnetite is very important.
The equipment previously used by the customer was a spring cone crusher. This equipment had serious material return, insufficient production capacity and high failure rate, which seriously affected the production efficiency of the subsequent mineral processing links. After receiving the customer’s technical transformation needs, Fighter Corporation sent a professional team to visit the project site, conducted a comprehensive analysis and evaluation of the production line, and finally formulated a technical transformation plan for the customer to improve quality and efficiency. The core of the production line transformation is equipment upgrade. The customer finally chose the HST single-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher to increase the production capacity of the crushing link of the project to 120T/H.
