Basalt has high hardness, high difficulty in processing, and relatively high requirements on machine performance. 1. Increase the rotor speed of the vertical shaft impact sand making machine, increase the linear velocity of the aggregate in the crushing cavity, increase the sand forming rate and the stone powder content of the crushed sand, and reduce the fineness modulus of the sand at the same time.
2. Adjusting the feed gradation of the vertical shaft impact crusher can greatly improve the sand making effect.
3. The aggregetes less than 5mm produced by the production line system after coarse crushing and medium fine crushing have a high content of stone chips, and all the aggregates are sent to the vertical shaft impact crusher for shaping to control the quality of the finished sand.
4. The vertical shaft impact crusher processes the aggregates classified by the second screening workshop, and some coarse particles ( mainly 3-5mm ) less than 5mm enter the ball mill for re-crushing to adjust the fineness modulus and stone powder content of the finished material.
5. When the vertical shaft impact crusher is used for sand making, the lowder the moisture content of the processed aggregate, the better the sand making effect. According to this feature, the system adopts the full dry method of production to improve the sand making effect of the sand making machine.
