Vibrating feeder: Feed the basalt raw materials into the jaw crusher evenly and quantitatively through the silo.\r\n\r\nJaw crusher: It adopts a deep V-shaped crushing cavity, with large processing capacity and deep crushing cavity. It is usually used in a coarse crushing link of the basalt stone material production line. It can crush large rocks to medium size at one time in preparation for entering the next crusher.\r\n\r\nCone crusher: Due to the high hardness of basalt, cone crushers are usually used for secondary crushing. A combination of single-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher and multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher can be used to share the pressure of single-stage crushing and wear on the machine, and to better ensure output requirements. Compared with the spring cone crusher, the hydraulic system cone crusher is more convenient for later maintenance, and the laminated crushed stones have a fuller particle shape and less flakes.
Vibrating screen: The crushed stone in each stage is screened. If the stone does not meet the requirements, it will be returned to the crusher for continued crushing. If it meets the requirements, it will be sent to the next stage crusher or finished product silo.\r\n\r\nBelt conveyor: Connect each section of crushing equipment and vibrating screen for conveying stone.\r\n\r\nIf you need to process machine-made sand, you can configure a sand making machine after the cone crusher.
