Copper ore processing technology mainly includes three processes: crushing, grinding, and beneficiation. In the crushing process, the three-stage closed-circuit crushing is most suitable for the crushing of high-hardness copper ore. It can complete the crushing and partial dissociation of the ore, thereby improving the subsequent grinding efficiency; in the grinding process, the second-stage and one-closed grinding is highly efficient. The ore grinding technology can make the copper ore grind more fully.
First stage: crushing and screening of copper ore
The large pieces of copper ore are evenly sent to the jaw crusher by the vibrating feeder through the silo for coarse crushing; after the coarsely crushed copper ore is screened by the vibrating screen, it is sent to the single-cylinder hydraulic cone by the belt conveyor.
The second stage: copper ore grinding
The copper powder of 0-12 mm sieved by the vibrating screen is evenly sent to the ball mill for grinding, and is sieved by the spiral classifier, and the copper powder that does not meet the requirements is sent to the ball mill to continue grinding;
The third stage: beneficiation
The copper powder that meets the requirements is sent to the flotation machine for mixed flotation, and then the obtained copper powder is sent to the dryer for drying to obtain the copper fine powder.
