The dry sand production line means that it is not necessary to remove the mud powder in the artificial sand with water, but to remove the mud powder in the sand by using a powder separator to reduce the content of the mud powder in the artificial sand, so as to obtain better sand and ensure the quality of the sand. During the production process of the dry sand making process, there is no need to add a large amount of water for cleaning, and the overall production cost will be relatively low.
The dry sand production line adopts three-stage crushing. One-stage crushing adopts two jaw crushers. The second and third stages of crushing use two cone crushers (divided into coarse and fine chambers, respectively responsible for medium and fine crushing). Two vertical shaft impact crushers are used for sand making (two positions are reserved), and belt conveyors, feeders, powder separators, material storages, etc. are also equipped.
