Guided by the concept of green development, a comprehensive river dredging utilization project with a capacity of 500 tons per hour has been successfully operating for two years. This project innovatively transforms high-hardness river pebbles generated from dredging into high-quality sand and gravel aggregates, achieving a win-win situation for both ecological and economic benefits.
Addressing the challenges of high hardness, difficulty in crushing, and high clay content of the river pebbles, the project employs a wet process of “three-stage crushing + one-stage sand making,” coupled with a wastewater treatment system. This ensures the precise production of multi-specification aggregates while guaranteeing zero discharge and recycling of production wastewater, resulting in a finished product yield of approximately 93%.
The production line integrates intensification, green practices, and intelligence. The fully enclosed design effectively controls dust and noise; the intelligent system enables remote monitoring and operation, significantly reducing labor costs. For over two years, the project has continuously supplied a stable source of materials for local infrastructure construction, achieving the resource utilization of dredging waste.
