This sand and gravel processing system is responsible for the production and supply of sand and gravel aggregates for the entire production line. The system is designed to process 400 tons/hour. To simultaneously meet the material requirements of both conventional and roller-compacted concrete, it employs a combination of dry and wet processing techniques.
The crushing process uses a three-stage crushing process: coarse and medium crushing are open-circuit processes; fine crushing and the first screening form a closed-circuit cycle; ultrafine crushing and the second screening form another closed-circuit cycle; and the third screening is for finished product screening. The entire system uses new, technologically advanced, and stable equipment, including: a coarse jaw crusher, a medium crushing single-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher, a fine crushing multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher, a vertical shaft impact crusher, , three vibrating screens, and an integrated sand washing machine.
In addition, the system is equipped with dust removal and wastewater treatment facilities to achieve green and environmentally friendly management of the entire sand and gravel production process.
