To address the high hardness of iron ore, our solution combines a jaw crusher with a cone crusher. The cone crusher’s layered crushing principle causes materials to compress against each other, resulting in high efficiency, reduced equipment wear, and extended liner life.
Controlling over-crushing improves subsequent recovery rates: Over-crushing must be avoided during the crushing stage to ensure high recovery rates in subsequent processes such as magnetic separation. The cone crusher effectively controls the discharge particle size, ensuring uniform finished product particle size.
Mongolia’s winter temperatures often drop below -30°C. We have equipped our facilities with low-temperature starting engines and thin-oil lubrication stations, using antifreeze hydraulic and lubricating oils to ensure normal starting and operation in low temperatures. Critical components such as motors and electrical control boxes are equipped with heat tracing devices or insulation to prevent condensation.
We also have an office in Mongolia to ensure timely spare parts supply and minimize equipment downtime.
