This production line uses Fighter’s latest tracked crushing station. Our tracked mobile crusher is not a single piece of equipment, but an intelligent system that integrates the functions of the entire process of “feeding, crushing, screening, iron removal and conveying”.
It adopts a modular architecture design and is equipped with a variety of power systems: four modes are available, including dual-power drive (intelligent switching between oil and electricity), pure electric drive, direct drive + hydraulic drive, and full hydraulic drive.
No foundation installation is required; the equipment can be quickly assembled and put into production upon arrival. A single unit can independently complete the entire process of “feeding – crushing – screening,” while multiple units can be combined to build a complete mobile crushing production line. Capacity can be adjusted as needed from 100t/h to 400t/h, easily handling complex operating conditions. It is also equipped with a PLC control system and a touch screen operating interface, enabling one-button start and stop.
