The main equipment for this project was purchased from our company. It includes a PE1200×1500 jaw crusher and three CSB400 and CSD400 cone crushers. The finished product produced by this project has a particle size of less than -16mm, a stable particle size distribution, and high production efficiency.
The blasted iron ore enters the raw material bin and is evenly transported to the PE1200×1500 jaw crusher through a vibrating feeder. The crushed material enters the CS cone crusher for secondary crushing. After the crushed material enters the vibrating screen for screening, the large material returns to the CS cone crusher for fine crushing, and finally the vibrating screen screens out 0-18mm finished materials.
