This project has a capacity of 3 million tons/year. The main equipment for this production line was purchased from our company, consisting of a PE1200×1500 jaw crusher, one CSB400 cone crusher, and two CSD400 cone crushers.
The core equipment and solutions were designed and provided by the Fighter professional team. The equipment is reliable and the process flow is smooth. The equipment operates intelligently; the entire production line’s operation can be observed and controlled from the control room.
After the production line was put into operation, the large feed size made it less prone to clogging, and the finished product had a small particle size and excellent particle shape, which greatly satisfied the customer.
