Stone crushing production line process
Coarse crushing stage: The ore is first evenly and stably transported to the jaw crusher by the vibrating feeder for the first coarse crushing, and the large ore is initially processed into smaller particles.
Medium and fine crushing stage: The coarsely crushed material is accurately sent to the sand making machine through the belt conveyor for further crushing, so that the material particle size is further refined to reach a particle size range closer to the finished product.
Screening stage: The finely crushed material is then transported to the vibrating screen for screening. Materials that meet the requirements of finished product particle size are screened out and enter the next cleaning process; while materials that do not meet the standards are returned from the vibrating screen to the sand making machine for reprocessing, forming a closed-loop multiple cycle to ensure that all finished product particle sizes are accurately controllable.
Cleaning and finished product output link: Materials that meet the finished product particle size requirements are sent to the sand washing machine for cleaning, and the cleaned materials are output by the finished product conveyor belt to become high-quality finished sand and gravel aggregates.
The finished product particle size can be flexibly combined and graded according to the specific needs of the user to meet the diverse needs of different engineering scenarios.
