Recently, a limestone processing production line was officially put into operation. The production line has a production capacity of 800 tons per hour and can produce fine crushed stone aggregates and fine machine-made sand. The finished product sizes are 0-5mm, 10-20mm and 16-31.5mm respectively.
The project adopts dry processing technology, and the production line equipment is fully equipped, including primary crushing, medium and fine crushing, sand making and screening. In the primary crushing stage, a vibrating feeder and a C6X jaw crusher are configured; in the medium and fine crushing stage, a PFW impact crusher is equipped; in the sand making stage, a VSI6X sand making machine is used; in the screening stage, the vibrating screen is configured.
The finished products produced by this production line are mainly used in the company’s mixing station and surrounding high-speed rail projects. The use of fine crushed stone aggregates and fine machine-made sand will effectively improve the construction quality of engineering projects and reduce construction costs.
