A high-efficiency aggregate production line, specifically designed for local high-quality granite, has recently commenced operations in the Philippines. Engineered to handle the high hardness and abrasiveness of granite, the project utilizes a multi-stage crushing and screening process to yield premium-quality aggregates.
Raw granite is evenly fed by the vibrating feeder into the PE jaw crusher for primary crushing, reducing the material to approximately 150 mm or less. The material then enters the HPT cone crusher for secondary and tertiary crushing. The crushed product is graded by the vibrating screen; qualified aggregates are sorted and stored according to specification, while oversized material is recirculated to the cone crusher for further processing, creating a closed-loop circuit.
The entire production line features a modular and intelligent design with a high degree of automation, effectively minimizing manual intervention and reducing operation and maintenance costs. The successful operation of this project provides a stable supply of high-quality aggregates for local infrastructure construction while aligning with the industry’s demand for green, efficient production.
