The production line adopts a two-stage crushing + closed-circuit screening. Large materials (≤500mm) are evenly fed into the crushing machine from the hopper via a vibrating feeder. The jaw crusher crushes the large materials to below 75mm, and the cone crusher further crushes them to below 20mm. Qualified materials ≤12mm are fed into the ball mill by a vibrating screen. Water and steel balls are added to grind the ore into fine powder slurry. This fine powder slurry (200 mesh) can be used in the gold beneficiation section, while coarse particles are returned to the ball mill for regrinding. The entire production line ensures stable fineness, avoiding both over-grinding and under-grinding.
