To meet the crushing requirements of a scheelite production line with an hourly output of 200 tons, and considering the brittle, high-density, and highly abrasive characteristics of scheelite, our engineers configured a crushing production line solution centered on a “three-stage, closed-circuit” system.
Process Flow:
Coarse Crushing: Raw ore is evenly fed into a jaw crusher via a vibrating feeder and crushed to below 150mm.
Medium Crushing: Coarsely crushed ore is conveyed via belt conveyor to a medium crushing cone crusher and crushed to 30-50mm.
Fine Crushing: Medium-crushed material enters a fine crushing cone crusher and is crushed to below 12-20mm.
Inspection and Screening: The finely crushed material enters a double-layer vibrating screen for classification. Material oversize (>12mm) is returned to the fine crusher for further crushing, while material undersize (≤12mm) is considered qualified product and enters the powder silo or is directly sent to the grinding process.
This scheelite mine project uses a configuration of C6X160 jaw crusher + HPT300 cone crusher + Ф3600×8500 ball mill, with a measured processing capacity of 210 tons/hour (exceeding the design target) and a tungsten concentrate recovery rate of 88%-90%.
