Standard Configuration:
1. Crushing and Screening (Two-stage closed-circuit, more crushing, less grinding)
Coarse Crushing: GZD1100×4200 vibrating feeder + PE600×900 jaw crusher (processing 60–80 tph, feed ≤500mm, discharge 80–100mm)
Medium and Fine Crushing: HST160 (processing 50–60 tph, discharge 10–20mm)
Closed-circuit Screening: 2160 double-layer vibrating screen (oversize >20mm returned, undersize 10–20mm fed into mill)
Iron Removal: Permanent magnet separator after coarse crushing to protect the cone crusher and mill
2. Grinding and Classification (Closed-circuit precise liberation)
Grinding: Φ1830×3000 ball mill (processing 50 tph, grinding to -200 mesh) (80%–85%) Classification: FG20 spiral classifier / Φ350 hydrocyclone (coarse particles return to the mill, fine slurry enters the separator)
The entire production line consumes 14–18 kWh/t of electricity. It is a hybrid of diesel and photovoltaic power, which reduces energy consumption by 12%+ per unit. It is also a high-temperature resistant, wear-resistant, and easy-to-maintain model, which is very suitable for the working conditions in West Africa.
