The project is equipped with a CI5X impact crusher, an advanced machine for processing solid waste. Construction waste is processed through a “crushing and sorting + recycling” process to produce recycled aggregates (including recycled sand and recycled brick materials). Therefore, daily output can reach 1200 tons, with an annual output of approximately 400,000 cubic meters (for recycled bricks).
The foundations for the main equipment are made of all-steel structures (which can be prepared in advance and assembled directly on site), which greatly improves the project construction speed and ensures the overall quality of the entire plant.
Traditional belt conveyor dust covers are made of corrugated steel and ceramic tiles, which are not only easily damaged but also have poor environmental performance. However, in this project, Fighter uses all-steel curved dust covers, which are aesthetically pleasing, impressive, have a long service life, and offer better environmental performance.
