The core of the aluminum ore (bauxite) crushing production line is a three-stage closed-circuit system: coarse crushing (jaw crusher) → medium crushing (single-cylinder cone crusher) → fine crushing (multi-cylinder cone crusher/high-pressure roller mill) → screening and return, ultimately producing 0-15mm finished products for grinding/alumina processes.
Production Line Advantages:
Targeting the characteristics of bauxite—high water content, mud content, and high viscosity—the production line employs segmented, step-by-step crushing combined with pre-screening. Large pieces and muddy materials are processed in stages, reducing material blockage and adhesion issues from the source, ensuring high stability during continuous operation.
The closed-loop circulation screening design automatically returns excess material to the fine crusher for further crushing. The finished product ratio (0-15mm) is ≥95%, with uniform particle size, perfectly matching the feed standards for ball mills and Bayer process alumina production. It can be upgraded to a bauxite washing and beneficiation production line by adding washing, desliming, and fine screening modules to meet the deep processing needs of different grades of ore.
Using mainstream industry standard models, spare parts are readily available in the market, making procurement and replacement convenient and eliminating spare parts shortages.
