A 500tph hard rock crushing production line (granite, basalt, river pebbles, etc.) typically adopts a three- or four-stage process of jaw crusher coarse crushing + cone crusher medium and fine crushing + impact sand making + screening, which provides stable production capacity, excellent particle shape, long wear-resistant parts life and low operation and maintenance costs.
Process Flow:
Feeding and Coarse Crushing: Raw stone → Vibrating feeder (pre-screening to remove soil) → Jaw crusher coarse crushing to 100–300mm
Medium and Fine Crushing: Coarse crushed material → Single-cylinder cone crusher for medium crushing → Multi-cylinder cone crusher for fine crushing (total capacity 450–500t/h)
Screening and Grading: Fine crushed material → Multi-layer vibrating screen → Qualified finished product (5–31.5mm); Return material to cone crusher for re-crushing
Sand Making: Partial fine crushed material → Sand making machine → 0–5mm manufactured sand → Water washing (wet process)
The entire production line adopts a process of more crushing and less grinding, layered crushing, and closed-loop circulation to reduce needle-like and flaky particles and lower energy consumption.
