This production line adopts a fixed three-stage crushing closed-loop circulation process: pre-screening of feed → jaw crusher for coarse crushing → hydraulic cone crushing for medium and fine crushing → VSI sand making and shaping → multi-layer vibrating screening → belt return closed-loop circulation; a sand washing system can be optionally equipped for raw materials with high soil content.
Granite is a highly abrasive hard rock. A combination of jaw crusher, cone crusher, and VSI shaping is used, eliminating the need for impact crushers. Compared to impact crushers, this method extends the service life of wear parts by 3-4 times, reducing the frequency of local parts procurement and replacement in Uganda and minimizing downtime. The jaw plates and cone jaws are made of high-manganese steel and high-chromium alloy, suitable for crushing high-strength granite.
The production line uses laminated crushing and stone-on-stone shaping, producing high-quality cubic aggregates with ≤10% needle-like and flaky particles, meeting Ugandan standards for highway infrastructure and commercial concrete aggregates. Multiple output specifications are available, simultaneously supplying crushed stone and manufactured sand, broadening market reach.
Equipped with a bag filter dust collection system to suppress dust generated during crushing and screening; optional sand washing wastewater recycling system to reduce water consumption and meet the environmental protection requirements of open-pit mines in Africa.
