Fighter produces mainly three types of cobblestone crushers that meet the discharge specifications not greater than 3Omm, namely jaw crushers, impact crushers and cone crushers.
Jaw Crusher is mainly composed of two jaw plates, a movable jaw and a static jaw in a crushing cavity, which simulates the movement of the animal’s jaws to complete the material crushing operation. It is widely used in the medium-size crushing of various ores and bulk materials in the mining, smelting, building materials, highway, railway, water conservancy and chemical industries. The higher compressive strength of the crushed material is 320Mpa.
Impact crusher is characterized by small size, simple structure, large crushing ratio (up to 40), low energy consumption, large production capacity, uniform product size and selective crushing effect. But its disadvantage is that the blower and impact plate are particularly easy to wear, especially for crushing hard ores, the wear is more serious and they need to be replaced frequently. At present, due to the appearance of some wear-resistant materials, it has been applied in some metal ore dressing plants.
The cone crusher uses the squeezing and crushing between the moving cone and the fixed cone. Like the sand making machine, it belongs to the type of vertical crusher. The cone crusher is also mainly used for cobblestone crushing and the supporting operations of the entire cobblestone crushing production line.
