Combining the dual characteristics of limestone being easily crushed and river stone having high hardness, the production line adopts a mature process of three-stage crushing + multi-stage screening + closed-loop circulation. Unlike a single crushing mode, it takes into account high output, wear resistance and finished product quality. The entire process is automated and continuous, effectively solving problems such as uneven crushing of mixed materials, material blockage, poor particle shape and capacity bottleneck.
The process employs a combination of cone crusher and impact shaping, resulting in finished aggregates with uniform particle size, reasonable gradation, and extremely low content of needle-like and flaky particles. The crushed stone has high compressive strength and few impurities, and the produced crushed stone and manufactured sand fully meet the material standards for Mexican highways, bridges, municipal buildings, and commercial concrete.
The entire production line is precisely configured to maintain a full-load capacity of 800 tons per hour, with an annual capacity of up to 3 million tons.
The entire line is equipped with pulse dust collectors, enclosed conveyors, and noise reduction and vibration damping devices, effectively suppressing production dust and noise pollution. The equipment boasts excellent corrosion resistance, dustproofing, and high-temperature resistance, allowing for year-round, all-weather outdoor operation unaffected by seasonal climate changes.
