Recently, a green tuff production line with a capacity of 800 tons per hour, constructed by the group company, officially commenced operation in Kazakhstan. This project injects new momentum into infrastructure construction in Central Asia.
Located in southern Kazakhstan, the project benefits from the unique high-altitude climate and the challenging processing characteristics of the tuff raw material, including its susceptibility to weathering and complex particle size distribution. To address these challenges, the group company specifically configured a crushing and screening system consisting of a C6X jaw crusher, an HST single-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher, an HPT multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher, and an S5X vibrating screen. This process, through a rational multi-stage crushing design and strict grading control, effectively adapts to the characteristics of the raw materials, ensuring that the finished aggregate meets high-standard engineering construction requirements in terms of particle shape regularity and gradation stability.
The production line is designed to produce 800 tons per hour, with a feed particle size of up to 600mm. After crushing and screening, it mainly produces 0-5mm high-quality manufactured sand, 5-10mm fine aggregate, 10-20mm medium-sized aggregate, and 20-31.5mm coarse aggregate. Since its commissioning, the production line has consistently provided a stable supply of high-quality sand and gravel aggregate for urban infrastructure construction in Kazakhstan.
