Invested and constructed by a large Chilean mining group, the project aims to provide a high-quality aggregate supply.

Tailored to local conditions and customer needs, the project utilizes a complete set of intelligent crushing and screening equipment, including a C6X jaw crusher, a CI5X impact crusher, and an S5X vibrating screen, among other high-performance equipment. This solution is optimized for the characteristics of limestone materials, achieving a stable production capacity of 600 tons per hour. The feed particle size is ≤800mm, and the output consists of four types of high-quality aggregates (0-5mm, 5-10mm, 10-20mm, and 20-31.5mm) and manufactured sand, fully meeting high infrastructure standards.

In practicing green mining principles, the project achieves dust emissions below 5mg/m³ through a fully enclosed plant design and pulse dust removal system, and is equipped with an intelligent spray dust suppression device, reducing energy consumption by 15% compared to traditional production lines. Currently, the production line continuously and stably supplies aggregates, earning high praise from customers for its reliable supply system and low-carbon practices, becoming a successful model for green mine construction in the region.
