A dolomite crushing production line utilizing a dry-process technology recently commenced successful operation. Designed with a production capacity of 600–650 tons per hour, this project is capable of consistently producing four specific aggregate size fractions: 0–5 mm, 5–10 mm, 10–20 mm, and 31.5 mm.
The core equipment configuration of the entire production line consists of a feeder, a jaw crusher, and an impact crusher, arranged in a compact and streamlined process layout. From raw material conveyance through multi-stage crushing and screening, the entire line operates smoothly; the finished products feature excellent particle shape and a rational gradation, thereby fully meeting the client’s demand for high-quality aggregates.
The project progressed from equipment shipment to official commissioning in a mere two months.
