This project is a large-scale, modern magnetite beneficiation plant designed to achieve large-scale, high-efficiency production with an annual processing capacity of 6 million tons of raw ore.

The design adopts a mature process of “three-stage closed-circuit crushing—stage grinding—stage magnetic separation”.

Crushing and Screening: The raw ore undergoes coarse, medium, and fine crushing and screening to form feed material of approximately 0-12mm.

Grinding and Beneficiation: The process employs “one-stage coarse grinding—coarse separation and tailings removal—two-stage fine grinding—multi-stage fine cleaning”. Through a high-efficiency magnetic separator, the ore is gradually separated and purified to ultimately obtain high-grade iron concentrate.

Dewatering: The concentrate is concentrated and filtered to form a final product with a moisture content of less than 10%.

The process is compact, and the “early tailings removal” significantly reduces grinding and beneficiation energy consumption and costs, ensuring high grade and high recovery rate of iron concentrate, resulting in outstanding economic benefits.
