Recently, a complete iron ore crushing system has officially entered operation.

This production line is designed to process high-hardness iron ore with a feed size of 500-600mm. Addressing the strict requirements for mineral processing, the technical team customized a solution to achieve a final output size of 0-15mm. The core configuration features the HPT multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher. With its optimized cavity design, the system realizes the principle of “more crushing and less grinding.” The line boasts a capacity of 500 tons per hour, ensuring a continuous and stable supply for the downstream grinding circuit.

Field tests confirm that the equipment runs smoothly with a uniform particle size distribution. This not only significantly reduces the load on the ball mill but also lowers overall energy consumption.
