To meet the huge demand for high-quality manufactured sand and gravel from a large infrastructure project, the client plans to build a high-performance crushing production line. The core raw material is basalt, which has high compressive strength and strong abrasiveness, requiring stable production with multi-gradation and high capacity.

This solution adopts a “three-stage closed-circuit” high-efficiency crushing process, with the following core configuration:

Coarse Crushing: A large jaw crusher is used to powerfully process basalt raw materials >750mm.

Medium Crushing: The coarse crushed material is processed by a single-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher to achieve stable medium crushing.

Fine crushing and screening: After medium crushing, the material is graded by a multi-layer vibrating screen. Qualified products are separated, while large particles are returned to a multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher for closed-loop fine crushing. This is the core process, enabling precise control of the finished product particle shape.

This production line has a compact layout and smooth flow. It not only fully meets the customer’s requirements for capacity and multiple product specifications, but also significantly reduces operating costs through efficient crushing equipment and a closed-loop circulation design, ensuring the product’s market competitiveness and long-term stable profits.
