Recently, a high-standard basalt aggregate production line with a capacity of 500 tons per hour was successfully put into operation in Ghana. Its stable high-yield operation and excellent product quality have provided support for major local infrastructure projects.
The basalt in this region is extremely hard, posing a significant challenge to the wear resistance and impact resistance of the crushing equipment, as well as the control of the finished product’s particle shape. Fighter Corporation, leveraging its extensive experience in hard rock crushing, custom-designed a high-performance equipment combination for the core crushing stages: a C6X jaw crusher for primary crushing, followed by an HST single-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher for secondary and fine crushing, and finally an S5X vibrating screen for efficient classification. This high-intensity crushing and screening system demonstrated exceptional reliability when handling extremely hard materials, not only ensuring continuous high production and stable operation of the production line but also significantly optimizing crushing efficiency and finished product particle shape.
The production line efficiently converts large basalt raw materials into high-quality manufactured sand and aggregate with full particle shape and continuous gradation. Currently, its high-quality aggregate is widely used in large-scale local infrastructure projects.
