High-quality aggregate serves as the cornerstone of infrastructure projects, and selecting equipment tailored to specific material characteristics is the key to achieving high output, stable production, and low energy consumption in aggregate production lines. Recently, a large-scale andesite aggregate production project officially commenced operations. By precisely matching a full suite of primary equipment to the material’s complex lithology, the project established a dry-process production line capable of delivering 500-600 tons of high-quality aggregate per hour.
Raw andesite is evenly fed by a feeder into a C6X jaw crusher for primary coarse crushing; the resulting semi-finished product is then transported via conveyor belt to a buffer surge bin. Subsequently, the material enters an HST single-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher for secondary and fine crushing, with the discharge particle size precisely controlled through a fully hydraulic discharge opening adjustment system. The crushed material undergoes classification via a circular vibrating screen to produce four aggregate grades: 0-5mm, 5-10mm, 10-20mm, and 20-31.5mm. Each size fraction is transported by an independent conveyor belt to its respective finished product storage bin.
The entire line is equipped with a high-efficiency powder separator and a pulse dust removal system. These systems remove dust in real-time during production, ensuring the finished product meets standards for dust content and achieving clean production. Interlocked operation across all stages guarantees the continuous, high-efficiency performance of the entire line.
