To meet its demand for high-quality aggregates, a building materials company built a 50 tph limestone production line. The raw material size ranges from 0-1000mm, and the finished product sizes are 0-5mm, 5-10mm, and 10-31.5mm.
The core equipment of the production line includes the HST single-cylinder cone crusher and the VSI6X sand making machine. After primary crushing, the material is crushed in the cone crusher for secondary and fine crushing, offering high processing capacity and producing fine-quality finished product particles with a particle size control below 31.5mm. Subsequently, a portion of the material enters the VSI6X sand making machine for shaping, optimizing particle shape and improving aggregate quality. The screening system uses a three-deck vibrating screen to precisely separate finished sand into three sizes: 0-5mm, 5-10mm and 10-31.5mm.
The entire system is equipped with automated feeding, conveying, and dust removal equipment, ensuring stable operation and environmental compliance. This configuration not only produces finished products with excellent particle shape and reasonable gradation, but also significantly improves production efficiency, making it an ideal choice for machine-made sand and aggregate production.
