The configuration of a granite production line generally requires three stages: coarse crushing (first crushing) by a jaw crusher, medium and fine crushing (second crushing) by a cone crusher, and sand making and shaping (sizing) by a sand making machine.
Large granite blocks are fed evenly from the hopper to the vibrating feeder, then enter the jaw crusher for primary crushing. The coarsely crushed material is screened by a vibrating screen according to requirements, and then transported by conveyor belt to a cone crusher for medium and fine crushing. After medium and fine crushing, the material is screened again by a vibrating screen, and larger granite particles are returned to the cone crusher for further crushing. The material meeting the requirements is sent to a sand making machine for further crushing and shaping. If the material needs washing, it can be sent to a sand washing machine. Finally, the material meeting the requirements is sorted and packaged according to different particle sizes.
