This project utilizes both single-cylinder and multi-cylinder cone crushers. The combination of coarse and fine crushing chambers not only ensures production capacity but also guarantees the excellent shape of the final product. Upon completion, the project is expected to produce 10 million tons of aggregate annually.
Our cone crushers feature a centralized intelligent LCD display screen, allowing real-time monitoring of operating status, oil temperature, oil pressure, and other parameters. Furthermore, the fully hydraulic control system reduces labor costs and significantly shortens equipment maintenance time, thereby maximizing economic efficiency.
Furthermore, this project employs a wet process and is equipped with a wastewater treatment system, ensuring that pollution during operation is controllable. Therefore, the production process is green and environmentally friendly.
