This 400TPH waste concrete crushing and recycling production line is specifically designed for the resource recovery of construction waste. It utilizes a closed-circuit process combining jaw crusher and impact crusher, equipped with multi-stage iron removal, baghouse dust collection, and automatic screening.
The jaw and impact crushing process produces aggregates with a high proportion of cubic particles and a low proportion of needle-like and flaky particles; when combined with washed sand and recycled sand, it can meet the standards for recycled concrete aggregates.
It has a stable output of 400 tons per hour, producing high-quality recycled crushed stone and manufactured sand. Automated PLC control ensures excellent particle shape and meets environmental standards. It is widely used in demolition solid waste treatment, recycled aggregate processing plants, and road water-stabilized material projects.
