The raw material for this project is andesite, which has a relatively high hardness. In addition, the project faced a tight construction schedule. Understanding these challenges, Figter recommended a portable crushing plant. Our engineers meticulously designed the operating area and process, providing comprehensive installation and commissioning support to ensure seamless production.
The crushing station implements the “screening before crushing” method to pre-screen fine materials, effectively improving the production capacity of the entire plant.
The HPT300 cone crusher in this series of portable crushing stations is equipped with an onboard hydraulic lubrication station. Simply plugging in an external power source upon arrival at the site allows for rapid operational status. This significantly reduces on-site installation time and labor costs, ensuring a more convenient installation process.
