Recently, a 350tph construction waste processing line successfully commenced operations. Leveraging a scientific process layout, an intelligent central control system, and comprehensive dust removal measures, the project has garnered high praise from the client.
The project employs a two-stage crushing process: primary crushing using a jaw crusher, followed by secondary crushing using a european type impact crusher. Raw materials are fed uniformly into the jaw crusher via a vibrating feeder. Concurrently, a separate stream undergoes pre-screening to remove soil and debris; any material larger than the screen mesh size is returned to the impact crusher. Following secondary crushing, the material enters a vibrating screen for final product classification; oversized materials are returned for further crushing, while qualified materials are sorted into three aggregate specifications: 0–5 mm, 5–10 mm, and 10–31.5 mm. Notably, the 10–31.5 mm finished product also passes through a light-material separator to remove light impurities.
The entire production line operates within a fully enclosed environment. The secondary crushing and screening modules are equipped with pulse dust collectors, which, combined with water-spray dust suppression systems, effectively mitigate issues related to airborne dust and noise. The central control system enables unified, intelligent management, allowing for continuous, round-the-clock operation with a workforce of just 3 to 5 people. With an hourly output reaching 350 tons, the facility significantly reduces labor costs and enhances overall economic efficiency.
