This configuration can stably achieve a gold ore crushing and processing capacity of 300 tons per hour (annual processing capacity of approximately 2 million tons of raw ore).
Given that Kyrgyzstan’s gold mines are generally high-hardness quartz vein-type or sulfide-type gold deposits, and mostly located in high-altitude, cold mountainous areas above 3000 meters, this solution adopts the most mature “three-stage closed-circuit” crushing process currently used in global gold mine beneficiation plants. The core equipment is a crusher plus a jaw crusher, ensuring high efficiency, wear resistance, and compliance with product particle size standards.
The equipment must be equipped with antifreeze hydraulic oil, a low-temperature start-up preheating device, and an insulation system to cope with extreme low temperatures of -20℃ to -30℃ in winter, ensuring normal start-up and continuous operation in frigid environments.
For high-altitude, high-wear, and dusty working environments, the equipment must adopt a reinforced dustproof sealing design and high-wear-resistant lining material to extend the life of vulnerable parts and reduce maintenance costs.
Through closed-circuit screening, the product particle size can be precisely controlled to below 12mm. Precise feed particle size significantly improves the processing capacity of subsequent ball mills and substantially reduces grinding energy consumption. This project is currently one of the key projects in Kyrgyzstan’s mining sector.
