The customer is a quarry operator, and its main business is the mining and processing of granite. In order to meet the market’s growing demand for high-quality granite sand and gravel aggregates, it decided to introduce a set of efficient and environmentally friendly mobile crushing and screening equipment to improve its production efficiency and product quality.
The large granite is crushed to less than 150mm by the mobile jaw crusher, and then crushed by the mobile cone crusher for secondary crushing, and then screened by a vibrating screen to separate the finished materials into different particle sizes. The entire process is flexible and efficient and can be adjusted according to needs.
