This production line utilizes a highly efficient closed-loop process combining “jaw crusher for primary crushing + impact crusher for secondary crushing and shaping + sand making.” Large limestone lumps are crushed by the jaw crusher before being crushed by the impact crusher. Its superior impact crushing mechanism ensures the finished stone has an excellent particle shape. The material then enters the vibrating screen for classification. Crushed stone that meets the requirements is the finished product, while the 0-5mm material enters the sand making machine for processing into high-quality manufactured sand.
