The blasted iron ore enters the raw material silo and is evenly conveyed to the PE900×1200 jaw crusher via a vibrating feeder. The crushed material then enters the HPT300 cone crusher for secondary crushing. After screening by a vibrating screen, large pieces are returned to the HPT300 cone crusher for further fine crushing. Finally, the vibrating screen separates the material into 15mm finished products.
This project is a mining technology upgrade project with an annual processing capacity of 13 million tons of ore, classified as a national extra-large ultra-lean magnetite ore. The original crushing process used a 1600mm diameter heavy hammer crusher for fine crushing, requiring frequent hammer replacements and consuming significant time and labor. After replacing it with the HPT300 cone crusher, the cost of wear parts decreased to 0.4 yuan/t, and the degree of automation was significantly higher.
