The client’s project involved silicate rock with a silicon content exceeding 99.9%, characterized by high hardness and excellent wear resistance, and demanding processing requirements. Furthermore, site constraints limited the equipment’s operating space.
After thoroughly understanding the client’s needs, Fighter customized an MK semi-mobile crusher and screen (skid-mounted) for the project.
The MK semi-mobile crusher and screen (skid-mounted) requires only leveling and compaction or a simple foundation, significantly reducing initial infrastructure costs. By cleverly utilizing the site’s topography, the equipment occupies only 360 square meters. All components, from the raw material storage to the finished product transfer equipment and electrical control facilities, are modular in design, allowing production to begin at the new site within a week.
