At an infrastructure project site, a 300 t/h river stone mobile crushing production line has been running continuously and stably for more than 14 months. The complete system consists of a coarse crushing mobile jaw crusher station, a secondary crushing mobile cone crusher station, a mobile sand-making station, and a mobile screening station. It processes local riverbed cobbles into multiple aggregate specifications, including 0–5 mm, 5–10 mm, and 10–20 mm, directly supplying nearby road construction and concrete mixing plants.
In view of the high hardness and strong abrasiveness of river stone, the coarse crushing station is equipped with a pre-screening structure to remove fine mud and small materials in advance. The cone crusher adopts laminated crushing to control needle-like and flaky particle content, while the vertical shaft impact crusher handles shaping and sand production. Since commissioning, output has remained stable at 300 t/h, and the core crushing and screening units have shown no noticeable capacity degradation.
Compared with a traditional fixed-line solution, this mobile solution requires no concrete foundation and can start producing material in about 12 days after arrival on site. When the material source is relocated, only towing, leveling, and power connection are needed, with production resumed within 3–5 days. The entire line is equipped with a PLC control system that supports one-button start/stop, automatic feed adjustment, and real-time monitoring of key components, reducing the threshold for on-site operation and maintenance.
For river stone processing, scattered material sources mean that equipment must “follow the material.” The value of this 300 t/h mobile line lies in replacing the construction cycle with relocation speed and responding to changes in material sources with process flexibility.
