The customer previously used equipment from other manufacturers, which had average output but high maintenance costs. Most of the main equipment was replaced in less than three years.
According to customer requirements, there are five types of finished products after basalt crushing. Therefore, our engineers replaced the coarse and medium crushing equipment with low production capacity and efficiency based on the original equipment of the production line when configuring the production line. At the same time, multi-stage finished product screening was adopted, equipped with PLC intelligent control mode and dust removal system to ensure the efficiency and environmental protection of the entire production line.
After nearly a month of renovation, installation and commissioning, this production line has been in operation for three months. The sand and gravel aggregates produced have excellent particle shape, are favored in the building materials market, and have a relatively high selling price in the market.
