Recently, a new 300-400 tons per hour mobile crushing production line was officially put into operation to efficiently process the abundant local basalt resources in a large quarry in Russia.

The production line adopts a fully mobile solution, overcoming the long construction period and high cost of traditional fixed stations. The core process is as follows: First, the raw materials are sent to the primary crushing mobile station by a loader, and the powerful jaw crusher performs preliminary crushing to reduce the large hard rocks to a reasonable size; then, the semi-finished products are transferred to the secondary crushing mobile station, and the efficient cone crusher is used for fine crushing to further reduce the particle size in preparation for subsequent screening; finally, the materials enter the mobile screening station and are accurately screened through screens with different apertures, and finally five specifications of aggregates that meet different engineering needs are produced: 0-4mm, 4-8mm, 8-16mm, 16-31.5mm and 31.5-63mm.

It is reported that this mobile production line not only greatly shortens the equipment deployment time, but also because of its flexible mobility, it can be easily transferred as the mining face advances, significantly reducing operating costs. The successful implementation of this project demonstrates the excellent performance and economic value of mobile crushing technology in the field of hard rock processing.
